Our work at the Conservatory marks the first installation of an IP intercom and integrated high-level lift control on a building of this size in Melbourne. Spanning across 43 levels, the lift integration feature allows for users to key in their desired destination at the control panel and the system tells the user which lift to use. The entire system also features access control and CCTV – components which together form a tailored security system to suit the requirements of this stunning residential tower.

Completed late last year, the Conservatory is located a short distance from iconic Lygon Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Developed by UEM Sunrise Berhad, the Conservatory features over 450 apartments, complemented by luxury amenities including a skydeck, golf simulator, and cinema to name a few.
