Our intercom systems provide flexible solutions for smart buildings, supporting industry standard technologies with the additional ability to integrate into third party products and solutions. Our systems offer the following functions:

Video doorphone

Allows residents to view visitors when they take intercom calls, speak to any visitors and accept or deny any access requests. With various options to choose from, from audio handsets to touchscreen monitors, Supa Tech has a solution to cater to all applications.

Video surveillance

Allows for monitoring of apartment common areas via the video doorphone and also from the concierge lodge.

Intercommunication

Our systems allow for more than one handset to be installed in each apartment, allowing users to communicate room to room within their apartment. In addition, our IP system options allow for communication between apartments and with building concierge.

Lift interface

Allows for lifts to be sent directly to the desired floor and limits access to other floors.

Answering service

Our IP systems also provide an answering service where visitors can leave a message for residents when they are not home.

Diversion to mobile

Our IP and 2Voice systems also offer call diversion to smart phone and tablet via the internet so that residents can answer a call from their intercom while at home or away.

Our systems manage access to and from a building, including pedestrian and vehicle entries as well as elevator control.

With systems that are both IP and RS485, Supa Tech can offer advanced features such as destination control, license plate recognition, biometrics and smart phone access. Our systems are able to manage an unlimited amount of door entry points and users across single or multiple sites as required, and also offer cloud access for remote management and reporting. Options include:

License plate recognition

This feature allows for resident vehicle entry without swipe cards or remotes and instead reads license plates to allow entry and exit, further enhancing security and efficiency. This feature is available for use with the IPerVisitor module.

Bluetooth access

This feature allows for mobile devices to be used for swipe entry into a building as well as lift access.

Facility booking system

This feature allows for residents to use their intercom monitor to book in various facilities and activities within their building, e.g. visitor car spaces, bbq areas, tennis courts, and meeting rooms.

Destination control

This feature allows for automated lift communication to promote efficiency in the management of elevator traffic. Using this feature, residents are able to swipe their access card and be directed to the most appropriate elevator for their destination.

Our IP video surveillance systems offer high definition live and recorded video, with the ability to work with a wide range of cameras used in numerous indoor and outdoor settings.
