The Urmet & Epsilon Team in NSW recently completed work on a prestige new project in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Overlooking Hyde Park, One30 saw our team install a specialised security system featuring an Urmet 2Voice video intercom system with Miro monitors, IPassan access control and fire stair monitoring / re-entry as well as CCTV across over 130 apartments part of this luxury residential building.

Developed by Aoyuan and Ecove Property Group and designed by Bates Smart,One30 features a series of one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments and is described as ‘cosmopolitan living at its finest’[1].
